Online Service: Leadership is Being Second
Inspired by a video of a lone dancer at a music festival. He’s a weirdo, a lunatic, someone with a broken view of the world. But then a leader appears, someone who recognizes the possibility of joy, and joins with the first person. Suddenly, the rest of the crowd sees that this isn’t some kind of broken view, this is a revolution. The argument is that you don’t have to come up with revolutionary ideas to be a leader, sometimes all that is required is recognizing a good idea and giving other people permission to embrace it.
This week’s speaker will be Mark.
After the talk, we’ll have a group discussion to explore the ideas presented, and to share related thoughts, resources, and personal experiences.
